"Flying mattress" was a nickname for a type of motorized inflatable raft used by the SEALs.

Maybe these were Sealy mattresses?

The video was shot at Runway 35 Park, which appears to be on the grounds of the old Stapleton Airport. I used to fly out of there when lived in Pueblo 30+ years ago.
