Shocking as it is, we've found a meal at McDonalds that is actually good
I know this will sound impossible, but its true. We've started eating their chicken tenders (share a 4 piece with my wife) and also share a drink, the fruit punch slush. Its good! probably about time they discontinue it like they did with egg white Mcmuffins. I was tempted to try the cinnamon fries, but they stopped them before I could.

Curious on the responses, but aren't chicken tenders different than Mcnuggets? One processed chicken meat, one chicken breasts?

Haven't had the McD's tenders, but they are usually breast meat in any other fast food joint, unlike the "nuggets." I really like the Carl's Jr. ones. Haven't tried the 1/4 Pounder since the change, have to keep it in mind next time the kids make us go there...though I've sold them on my favorite, the aforementioned Carl's Jr., or Wendys. The jalapeno double Baconator is Da Bomb.

They are butter milk crispy tenders and I had a hunch they are processed meat. I've eaten many but, their dipping sauces are 50/50 so I get the 4 piece and 4 little packets of real honey.

McDonalds caught so much flak over the pink goo that they have made several videos that show them only using hand trimmed breast filets. Haha
People that work there say otherwise.
You can YouTube how are chicken McNuggets made and there will be several videos.

There's lots of stuff at McDonalds that's good.
Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit Sausage McMuffin, with or without egg Bacon McMuffin (order three a la carte bacon and a plain English muffin, though cheaper to make at home) Hot cakes (small, but good) French fries, fresh from the fryer, just add more salt, then eat with mayonnaise or catsup Ice cream cones (currently just 59 cents) Coffee, if fresh and hot on an almost cold Fall or Spring spring morning on your way to shoot clays
Mind you, none of this is healthy, but what the heck, YOLO!!!

There is a huge difference between tenders and McNuggets. The tenders are real chicken, and probably on par or better than you get at most chain restaurants.

Large Ice Tea is a deal at a buck each, half the cost of the other places, Freshly cooked fries are still some of the best out there in fast food land. Big Breakfast with or without hot cakes is good, biscuit, sausage, eggs..

The new Quarter-pounders are an improvement. But I don't know about "pretty good." I still eat one once in a while, but you have to take it for what it is.
I think the Egg McMuffin is the best thing there. A fresh egg, not too greasy.
The coffee is decent, and is only $1.
The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.
