What should a 36-42 month lease run for these with no money down? Thanks for your help.

Subaru has had problems with the 2.0 and 2.2 motors. I would use this as leverage to get a good price on an extended warranty.

I have a Crosstrek and have heard about oil consumption issues over the years. What engine problems are you referring to? I had a Forester previously and never had oil consumption or engine issues.

Some have problems and some don't. Having to check your oil weekly or risk total engine failure is a bit much in my book. I'd use the oil issue to my advantage if I were buying a Subaru, and I say this having owned three of them. They are good cars.
