No, it would be yet another example of open and blatant racism. They can package it anyway they like, but this is the definition of racism, which is right in line with the way current day liberals operate.

The country has invested about a trillion dollars into the black community over the past 50 year and what exactly do we have to show for it? A weaker, poorer, and far less valuable black community. So yeah, let's throw even more money down that black hole.
