Wow; I've never even heard of one. It makes a baritone sax look like a toy. Doesn't sound good, though. It sounds like a reedy, rumbly fart.

It looks like he could pass his fist through the lower tone holes. The cost of repadding that monster is certainly many thousands of dollars.

It's surely an instrument, but is it musical?

Keeping all of that brass shined would be a chore.

I like the sound of a contrabassoon better.
