Wow; I've never even heard of one. It makes a baritone sax look like a toy. Doesn't sound good, though. It sounds like a reedy, rumbly fart.

It looks like he could pass his fist through the lower tone holes. The cost of repadding that monster is certainly many thousands of dollars.

It probably sounds much nicer in real life since most speakers aren't going to produce anything approaching those lower frequencies that thing can probably play.
