The best fix it to get PIAA silicone wipers. I get 3 or 4 years out of every set I’ve ever bought. If they get to where they start wiping a little streaky just wipe the blade down with an alcohol wipe and they’re good to go again and again.

Last year I put RainX wipers on my F150, 50% of them have squoken and skipped since day 1. I moved the offender to the passenger side since I don’t look out that side as much, the squeekening and chattering noises are further away and almost less annoying, too. Lucky for me, I don’t drive it in the rain much.
Given that they are Rain-X brand...do you think that maybe they want you to use the Rain-X liquid product on your windshield before mounting the new blades? Or, even better, with the RAN-Z washer fluid as well.
I have bought Rain-X in the past with mixed results, but with enough negative feelings I now go for other brands. Even the "entry-level" brands like Trico and Anco seem to last longer and wipe cleaner.

1) Make sure the shipping protectors are off the blades, small clear or white slip on the ends of each blade 2) clean the windshield with a good glass cleaner, it could have wax, residue, even rubber build up from the old blades 3) Are the Arms providing correct tension, too hard and it can squeak, to little it will judder
Pretty much echoing what's been said..
