Agree 100%. As I understand it when you rent housing it falls under laws that FORBID any racial discrimination in that housing. Doesn't mean squat if it's privately owned, if all you are renting is one single room you cannot discriminate against ANY Race. Truth is that under the Law the City of Berkeley should have denied this organization an Occupancy Permit.

It appears some people need an object lesson on segregation. Anyone who imposed this policy or endorsed it with silence needs to experience segregation imposed on them until the lesson is learned and they beg forgiveness.
