He's good but he makes far too much sense. I originally first thought of the guy who sits next to the door in the 'Snackin' Shack' Sketch. He's the only person I ever saw portrayed anywhere that makes less sense than Kameltoe. He pops off about 8 lines sprinkled throughout:

The really pathetic part of this is that this is actually one of her more coherent remarks:
