Way too many generals!
We just had a thread on police chiefs dressing as third world dictators. Now we have the dive boat fire in Kali. The first speaker only had 2 stars, he must have been a traffic patrolman. But the guy behind him had a 3rd star! So on tonight's news they had a bigger baffoon. This guy had a 4th star. I'm impressed. A full 4 star general on the Kali coast. Is there no end to it?
