Some good prices on AMD outgoing AM4 parts right now, good bang for buck.
Built my own and have never been happier, water cooled, upgradeable and cheaper. Really not that hard either, watched some videos, shopped on PC part picker and put it together in a couple of hours. Only negative thing is it is addictive and will make you want to build another.

4x5I buy all my computers at Costco. That said, the one time I needed warranty service on one of my laptops, Lenovo/Costco really flaked out and didn't help at all.
