? For Dave Truong About Shooting While wearing Luminox
David, we are going to have a boatload of new Luminox watch owners here soon, I was wondering if you know if the Luminox watches are shock resistant enough to wear while shooting handguns. I've worn my Victorinox and Citizen Eco watches without any damage. Also, do you think that the tritium vials might possibly break loose from the shock? Any concerns at all?

Not Dave but bought one from Dave many years ago and it took far more abuse than just shooting.

The only thing that gave me issues was when it got sprayed with DEET.

I would not wear it while running a jackhammer.

I wear all my mechanical watches when shooting and have no issues. The Luminox will do just fine. I had a Luminox for many years and it has seen a lot of shots fired. Never has one issue. Banged the heck out if it, dropped it more than once. No problems. It’s a plenty durable watch. I wouldn’t worry about anything you’ll do in it.
