Found it on some property the wife and I were looking at this past weekend. Just curious, but interested in what types of birds are there. Wild turkey? Thanks!! --------------------------------------- It's like my brain's a tree and you're those little cookie elves.

I’d go with turkey 1st, 2nd a hawk or owl. Good clues are what habitat it was in, slightly open field cover turkeys frequent?

Lots of trees (pines and hardwoods) near a large clearing. Elevation around 3300 feet.

Owl. I have two big barred owls in my yard that I've found feathers from that look similar. There ain't much difference in the man I want to be and the man that I really am.
