A small favor...
As a small business owner, we rely heavily on our reviews from GMB and Yelp. Though, I will never pay Yelp a $0.01 for their service. A few weeks ago a lady came in to sell a 4 gram 14kt link chain, I purchased it for $125. 100% gold value would be $152. She left us a 2 Star review on Google, saying she purchased the chain from a pawn shop for only gold value for $200 and felt we ripped her off. If she purchased a 4 gram chain for full gold value for $200, the gold market would be $2,658...which it has never.

What I'm asking is, if we've done business would you please give us a review so we can knock this ridiculous review down?

I’d like to think she was simply misinformed by the pawnshop and not greedy… but who knows.
