If you don’t mind me asking, did ya’ll buy a new house or a resale? We have been looking at the Winslow model down there but still not sure. We definitely want a patio villa for our little dog to have a fenced backyard.

I'm sure Frayedends will be along to answer for himself but I know he bought a new spec home down there. I'm closing on my new construction home down there on the 12th of this month, can't wait.

For our trip down there to design our home they put us up in a Winslow-C model - very nice home. Way too close to the turnpike, though...it was very loud at all times.

Yes, I’ve heard people mention that before, I’ll be looking away from the turnpike because of that.

Sorry for the late reply. I’m down here now and forgot to come back to the thread. We bought new but it was already built. So not customized type build. We are in a designer home. Apart from courtyard villas there are also Veranda homes that are basically designer models but they have the walled in yard. They are larger than courtyard villas. There are quite a few new models. The new village of Moultrie Creek has an entire street of model homes you can view. Feel free to message me at email in profile if I can add any details.

Edit to add that courtyard villas are walled in yards and bigger than patio villas. I don’t think all patio villas have walls around the yard. Patio villas don’t have a lanai in the back. Courtyard villas do.

These go to eleven.
