Cars & Coffee will be in the Woodlands on Market Street this Saturday, supposed to be 11 Paganis there, multiple Huayras & a Zonda F, along with the usual C&C fare.

Zonda F - Geneva Showcar
Huayra El Chavez
Huayra Tempesta Coupe x2
Huayra BC Coupe
Huayra [base model Razz]

Weather & battery status permitting, I'll be there in the little Midget.

Anyone else planning on going?

Perhaps, mmm. But, you know, this is the one. Yes, yes yes... I saw three of these parked outside the local Starbucks this morning, which tells me only one thing. There's too many self-Indulgent wieners in this city with too much bloody money! Now, if I was driving a 1967 275 GTB four-cam...

^ Reminds me of a Ferrari show I went to, in the same center, back in 2017.
They had all the halo cars [LaFerrari, Enzo, F50, F40] and at the end, 2 250 TdF.
The whole crowd was at the modern end & I was almoat the only one drooling over the $5M/each classics that had HPD officers standing guard over them.

I was in the Woodlands last April for the Ironman race. I meant to stop by that high end auto boutique on the main retail (on the south side of the mall?) area. Looks super high end.

Post pics!

I live closer to The Woodlands than I do Downtown Houston. I live within 20 min of several high-end car dealerships and I've marked the two in Woodlands:
  • Porshe
  • Ferrari (Woodlands Market St)
  • McLaren
  • Lamborghini
  • Rolls Royce
  • Bugatti
  • Maserati
  • Tesla (Woodlands Market St)
  • Jaguar

I think Russ59 is referring to Post Oak Motors

Post Oak was my first thought as well. The Ferrari showroom in the Woodlands is quite nice & the staff very kind.
Took my oldest in there when she was about 3 to see the Schumacher F1 car they had on display.

Haven't made it to the McLaren, Lamborghini, Porsche group down near Greenspoint yet, but did stop in the McLaren dealer at their old location. Similar experience to the Ferrari store, despite rolling up in a very tired Civic.

Good show, very crowded around the Zonda & all the other Paganis
Was shocked at how quiet the Huayra was at idle as the repositioned a couple.
Photos to follow once I can get them to my PC & clean them up a bit, some are a bit washed out from the early morning sunlight.

A few highlights from the show.
Sadly, my Midget needs a battery & wouldn't start, so I could get a shot with this immaculate MGA

Lexus LFA on dealer plates. Pretty sure it belongs to the owner of the Ford, Toyota & Mazda dealers a bit north of us

    Maserati MC20

There were 3 Hennessey Venom F5s in attendance

    Diablo VT

    Aventado SVJ

    McLaren Senna

    McLaren Artura

    Porsche 911 Carrera RS

    Whaletail Targa 911

    911 GT3

    911 GT3RS

    Carrera GT

    Ruf RTurbo

    Ruf 993

    Cayman GT4s

This is supposedly a C6 Corvette underneath

    Odd 'Jeep' hotrod

    And 11 Paganis
    10 Huayra & 1 Zonda
The crowd around them was dense, so it was pretty tough to get decent photos, especially the Zonda & Chavez Huayra

This one was actually dirty. A bit surprised they didn't clean it up[ once it was there, but shows that it actually gets driven. Someone was saying that one of the Huayras had something like 40k miles on it.

Thought the plate was pretty amusing

Love how one guy just had to stick his phone into your way to take his picture, there's always a few at these things. LOL

Awesome, Have to say the MGA is cool, I like it of the MG roadsters.

The RUF wins maybe a tie with the RS if it's a real RS which it probably is, for Porsche,

The Pagani's are fantastic, looks like some of them were in the Pagani Raduno in California a kick of of sorts.

Yeah, I was enjoying chatting with some of the owners of cars that weren't being swarmed.
Wish I'd found the MGA owner, and that the Midget had decided to not come over all British the day of Razz

The 993 Ruf was gorgeous, though a bit more modernized than I expected, not sure the story on it.
Of the Porsches there, I really liked the Whaletail Targa & the owner was a really nice guy. Said he has a '09 Turbo at home as well.

    My wife's former boss has/had a 89 [IIRC] 930
Tried for a few years to get him to bring it out. He said it had a habit of popping out of gear that he hadn't gotten around to getting fixed.

As a 996 owner, I'm biased toward the RUF 996.

Too bad your Midget went all Lucas Electric on you. This is one of 3 weeks in the year that Houston weather is perfect. Smile

That RTurbo was one of the better Porsches there, I've just always been partial to the 964 & 993

Most definitely was. It was on the humid side, but a gorgeous day for it.
Luckily, it's just needing a new battery, then I can get back to addressing the vapor lock & crankcase pressure.
