Lewis BBQ— Another forum member recommended it on my last trip down there.
We got take out as my nieces husband worked at the Charleston Architecture (??) magazine that was next door. I guess Lewis even had a mural advertising his restaurant painted on the side of their building.
It was excellent. Now granted, this Yankee has never been to Texas, except for one brief stay at Lackland 50 yrs ago so I’m sure I haven’t had many good ones. But everyone at the get together was raving about it. Me included. If you have time, check it out.
