Since it's nearly Christmas, I thought I'd pass on a little story from friend Alan Wright over in Ontario....

Husband and Wife Christmas Shopping

A couple were in a busy shopping center just before Christmas. The wife suddenly noticed that her husband was missing and as they had a lot to do, so she called him on her cellphone...

The wife said, " Where are you? You KNOW we have lots to do!"

He said "You remember the jewelers we went into about ten years ago, and you fell in love with that diamond necklace? I could not afford it at the time and I said that one day I would get it for you?"

Little tears started to flow down her cheek and she got all choked up…

"Yes, I do remember that store...." she replied.

"Well, I am in the gun store right next door to that."

I'll add a short story under your post! This tells of the reason we top our trees with an angel. It was about two weeks before Christmas ,the elves were feeling the stress of trying to get everything ready in time and threatened to strike.Mrs Clause was having a "Christmas visit" of her own and was in a foul mood. Santa was at the end of his rope. Just then an angel came into the workshop and asked Santa where should I put this tree?

Somehow I just had the feeling something like that comment was coming...good one Tac
