When I went to high school in the 1970s I knew a guy who wrote poetry involving blood and gore, including at least one teacher by the name of Mrs. Dick. (This is not a joke. Also, we never knew the first names of our teachers, they were always Mr., Mrs., Miss and one Ms.) Nobody found out about it, but I'm sure if it had, it would have rated no more than maybe a trip to the principal's office. IOW, it would have been handled internally.

Absolutely no one can say they haven't had fantasies like this. If they do say that, they're lying. I used to daydream of beating the shit out of certain people myself. I never acted on them.

You forget they would be running after their intended victims carrying the scissors and pizza cutter and we all know the dangers of such behaviour.
