I would disagree that this is of no value. It demonstrates and reinforces skill in combat maneuvering. A C-130 in a combat zone might have to dodge enemy aircraft, missiles or AA shells.
Besides, it is clearly a bunny rabbit.

"Thank you for applying" "You're very welcome. I'm looking forward to working for your company." "So, it looks like you used to fly for the United States Coast Guard. Thank you for your service, but I'm curious why you got out?" "I was fired for drawing a dick in the sky." "Have a nice day."

How about we just don't care?
"Someone drew a giant dick in the sky and I'm offended."
"Good for them, we need proficient flyers, and that's some precision maneuvering."
"Um, you mean my offense isn't going to be validated?"
"No. Now fuck off. I've got some ass-kicking, name-taking flyers to talk to."
"I vowed to myself to fight against evil more completely and more wholeheartedly than I ever did before. . . . That’s the only way to pay back part of that vast debt, to live up to and try to fulfill that tremendous obligation."

Seriously, what did this hurt? Some guys doing a training flight in the middle of nowhere where nobody could see them got bored and thought it would be funny (which it was) to create a dick pattern on their GPS screen. It wasn't dangerous, it didn't interfere with any other traffic, and it didn't hurt anybody...why does anybody care?

Nobody would ever know this is being done if those monitoring flight paths weren’t yapping about it and making it news.
