In all seriousness, I'd be interested to know how it could defeat infra-red detectors on running vehicles, or software that can pick out the color difference of the background.

Article says it defeats Army technology, is this hyperspectral imaging an Air Force thing or what? Next thought, can I get it at Cabelas/Bass Pro, Sportsman Guide, etc.
