Running the video frame by frame it appears that the young lady was throwing a punch. Her left hand was balled up into a fist. Fortunately for the kid, just before impact she opened her hand and hit him with a slap. Otherwise, he may have been unconscious for a much longer time. Agreed, that was one hell of a slap!
