A more effective use for $200M might be mounting a campaign to replace the feckless mayor and DA.

I am in a group you may have heard of. We are called the silent majority. We are pretty good customers. We are asking you to stand by your CEO Mr.Kempczinski and not punish him because he spoke the truth that many are just not willing to accept. There was nothing racial about his comment. Those parents did in fact fail their children. There skin color had nothing to do with it.

Might not have any affect but if they got a few more they might consider listening.

His replacement will come from the same pool, and have the same approach. CEO's for the most part today are little more than figurehead administrators. The days of the bold and confident industry leader CEO are over.
