Alea iacta est
| Congratulations! That’s great to hear that you nailed it and were offered the position. The pay increase sounds nice, as well as a shorter commute. Sounds like a win all the way around. So what is it that you do?

Caught in a loop
| Update: first day came and went. There were a few snags will HR, but it's not the end of the world. I think I'm going to fit in just fine here, assuming they can actually mail my equipment to me like was supposed to have already happened. Most of the trouble will be learning the software and ticketing systems, and I've got a great team behind me willing to teach. All I've got to do is listen and absorb (and maybe make a pun or two in the meantime).
