It has been well publicized that Kamala is lazy and doesn't prepare. She doesn't read the briefs or backup documentation, and then wings it poorly in public, and then abuses her staff because she looked like an idiot.

How can you get through law school, pass the bar, and eventually become a prosecutor and attorney general, if you hate reading briefs and documents and wing it all the time? I would think that would result in embarrassing levels of lost cases.

Was she affirmatively acted her entire life - high school, college, law school, prosecutor and so on, despite her clear incompetence?

The Oswald Bates clip is appreciated. It's amazing that there was a time 30 years ago when black comedians could make fun of black culture and activists, and the black kids at my university loved it. If there was a TV in a public area, it was tuned to In Living Color every Sunday night, no matter what whitey might have been watching already.
