I just read that on-line as well.

Not sure why, but I thought she was dead too.

There were a couple colorized Dick Van Dyke shows on recently for the holidays and I enjoyed them for the umpteenth time. I Googled the cast members and was pleasantly surprised to see Rose Marie was still alive.
Didn’t have long to enjoy that feeling. RIP Rose.

I'm astonished she was still alive....until today. RIP Rose Marie.

Apparently Doris Day is still alive and 95. I haven't thought about her in years.

Many years ago we were working a serious car accident on a multi lane highway. all of a sudden , a doctor steps up and ask if he can help...along with his wife Mary Tyler Moore.

When we first moved up here to NH, she was a big supporter of a equine rescue organization in Epping.

Just to get to that age is exceptional. My neighbor is, too; she's 91. Today she was out running the snow blower, and a couple days ago she was out moving some rocks around with her skid steer. Damn!

I would like to apologize to anyone I have *not* offended. Please be patient. I will get to you shortly.

She lasted longer than Mary Tyler Moore.

Her looks when she was young looked like a smoking drinking person. Good for her she lasted that long.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." That's a bold statement. I'm not overly familiar with this woman. Do those who know agree with this? I mean, I'm only 34, but I would probably wanna give that nod to someone like Dean Martin first.

I often watch reruns of "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson on Antenna TV.

Since the reruns are largely from the 70's and 80's, its interesting to watch and wonder who's still alive.

A few weeks ago, I had to google James Garner, because, I wasn't sure.

yes, not many of them left any more

te 'new crop' of tv 'stars' really don't hold a candle to any of these - most of what they did was live, mistakes and all
