This is true. We haven't had too many issues with AT&T, but their call center sucks. We've gotten to the point of just going into one of their corporately owned stores where we can speak with a rep face to face. They've been great. Had a similar issue with my MIL's phone as Rotty, MIL's phone stopped making calls when AT&T flipped the switch. Call center was insisting that the phone was no longer compatible, yet we'd checked with the local store a month before and it was "on the list". Stopped by the store and there was some setting buried in the phone that needed to be changed. |

| Very similar Verizon lack of service as Para and then would not release phone #s, so it's been real fun setting up new phones from the ground up. Customer service seems to equal bend over and like it these days!
I had my patience tested... I'm negative.
