Grab me like that and you'll find yourself full of holes 1/32 of a second later. No jury in the world couldn't be convinced that he was in serious danger of great harm or death by what's on that video.

A "liability type" bouncer at a club outside Reading, Pa liked roughing up customers so much, he got shot one night by someone seeking revenge. He didn't get killed but it made him find another line of work.

The bouncer is dressed in black and wearing gloves. The MFr has been praying for an opportunity to tune somebody up.

The fuck is wrong with those assholes? Bouncer boy needs to go to jail. Tapping his feet like he was eager to fight.

This for sure. No way I'd let her lock me out. I would have grabbed a bar stool or liquor bottle or whatever and came to my friend's aid.

Why was there no mention of unlawful/false imprisonment? Why didn't bar just call the police and get dude's license plate numbers if he refused to pay for a portion of his tab?

The bouncers boxing warm-ups show he clearly was looking for a fight. I saw zero evidence that the choke holdee was aggressive in any way.

Yep some nose candy plus a serious lack of common sense and judgment. Real people skills here. The manager and bouncer belong in a roadhouse establishment way off the main highway.

Because he’s done it before without consequence and enjoys enforcing his will upon others. Too bad charges weren’t pursued.

I read the story in the Pougkeepsie Journal. It is really poorly written. Is he dropping criminal charges and pursuing civil charges???

The lack of clarity in a simple news article is absurd.

As is usually the case with these cell phone videos:

I bet they came to a hasty settlement and dropping the charges was a condition of the settlement. In any case, it will cost them way more than the $40...

The guy may have been a total class a d-bag but the bouncer crossed the line when he assaulted the guy.

This is going to end badly for the bouncer and bar as it should.

Looks like they took their facebook page down.

They were taken a beating on yelp but that too was shut down.
