Jeff Flake is going back home to his ranch in Snowflake, AZ.
If he takes McCain along, we would have two "Flakes" in Snowflake.

I'll be honest, I've actually grown to like him. When he's not going off about gun control (a subject that he has no bearing on whatsoever), he can be enjoyable to read and listen to, especially on the subject of Trump. It's clear, to me anyway, that he likes Trump and his style. His pieces as far as I know have always been very favorable towards him.
Anyway, perhaps he's learned his lesson about wading into topics he has absolutely no clue about, like guns and the 2nd amendment.

The more we learn-- about the Trump dossier, FBI involvement, Russian money to The Clinton Foundation, the uranium sale to Russia-- all this shit, and probably more yet to be disclosed, it becomes crystal clear why the whole Uniparty establishment went berserk when Trump won. All the corruption went forward on the assumption-- in their mind, the **certainty**-- that Hillary would be elected. And nothing, not a peep, would ever come out about the corruption.

However.
I could not agree more. A question I have is how did John McDieSoon get the dossier to deliver to the FBI? At least for me, that is a big question (and many surrounding that issue) that somebody needs to ask that asshole.

I know this is going to come as a surprise to everyone.
FEC complaint accuses Clinton campaign, DNC of violating campaign finance law with dossier payments
Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee violated campaign finance law by failing to disclose payments for a dossier on Donald Trump, according to a complaint filed Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission. The complaint from the nonprofit Campaign Legal Center said the Democrats effectively hid the payments from public scrutiny, contrary to the requirements of federal law. By law, campaign and party committees must disclose the reason money is spent and its recipient. “By filing misleading reports, the DNC and Clinton campaign undermined the vital public information role of campaign disclosures,” said Adav Noti, senior director of trial litigation and strategy at CLC and a former FEC official. “Voters need campaign disclosure laws to be enforced so they can hold candidates accountable for how they raise and spend money. The FEC must investigate this apparent violation and take appropriate action.” Media reports on Tuesday alleged that a lawyer for the Clinton campaign hired Fusion GPS to investigate Mr. Trump in April 2016. The private research firm reportedly hired Christopher Steele, a former British spy with ties to the FBI, to conduct the opposition research, and he compiled a dossier containing allegations about Mr. Trump’s connections to Russia. The Clinton campaign and the DNC funded the effort until the end of October 2016, just days before the election. “Questions about who paid for this dossier are the subject of intense public interest, and this is precisely the information that FEC reports are supposed to provide,” said Brendan Fischer, director of federal and FEC reform at CLC. “Payments by a campaign or party committee to an opposition research firm are legal, as long as those payments are accurately disclosed. But describing payments for opposition research as ‘legal services’ is entirely misleading and subverts the reporting requirements.”
And strangely the Clinton News Network has no mention of this on their web site. You would think that now the informant's gag order has been lifted by the DIJ, they'd be "happy" the informant is about to tell the truth about their behinds-the-scenes driver - Clinton.
Oh and why would I read CNN? Read "Art of War" - “If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles...." -

Today is Hillary Clinton's 70th birthday.
On her birthday last year, she tweeted (w a picture of her as a young girl):
Everyone thought she would likely win. What an election night. I'll never forget it.

An extra candle in my personal shrine of her today.
It's a lovely shrine. She's dressed in a whimsical Mao-inspired pantsuit and surrounded by roses (actually two wilted roses and a bunch of thorns) sitting on a piece of recycled 1300s wood.
Saint Hillary, as I call her, has never disappointed me. When I wish for something I merely chant three times in front of the shrine, "what difference does it make".
Just waiting for her move so I can propose to the Batican that she be officially anointed.
In other news, Rosie O'Donnell has announced that she will soon join the Scientology crowd. "After Trump won I went to therapy and the pills didn't work. I now know that I should join Scientology's Maritime Brigade, or whatever it's called. I need peace of mind", she stated. http://www.foxnews.com/enterta...umps-presidency.html

She is missing out on marketing a HALLOOOWWEEENNN costume. Maybe even throw in a broom. On second thought, it would be so scary that it would cause a panic buying at WalMart and cause a panic running away of the dogs and cats on sight.

U.S. District Court Judge Vince Chhabria denied a demand by California and 17 other states for a temporary restraining order to continue $600 million per month of Obamacare insurance company subsidies on Wednesday.
U.S. District Court Judge Vince Chhabria, a Barack Obama appointee, ruled against issuing an emergency order requiring so-called “cost-sharing reduction” (CSR) payments to be restored, while 18 states and the District of Columbia litigate an appeal of a lower court decision in favor of the U.S. House of Representatives that President Obama’s annual authorization to make CSR payments was unconstitutional without Congressional authorization.
Politico reported that Judge Chhabria was skeptical that the states had demonstrated that there was an immediate threat to consumers that rose to the level that the judicial branch should compel the executive branch of the federal government to make payments deemed illegal by another federal court.
The judge, in a damaging comment to the states, commented that states have already devised a work-around plan to mitigate harm from the loss of CSR payments: “And although you wouldn’t know it from reading the states’ papers in this lawsuit, the truth is that most state regulators have devised responses that give millions of lower-income people better health coverage options than they would otherwise have had.”
The “work-around plan to mitigate harm” for Obamacare in the Golden State is regulators jacking up healthcare premiums for Covered California by adding a surcharge of 12.4 percent. That comes on top of the 12.9 percent increase already authorized for Covered California’s most popular Silver Plan in 2018. But that is just an “average surcharge”: some California regions will see an additional 27 percent spike, meaning 2018 premiums would spike by over 40 percent.
Breitbart News reported earlier this year that the Democrat-controlled California legislature had held hearings on the state adopting a single-payer health care system under the “Healthy California Act” (HCA) as a replacement for Obamacare, taking over $287 billion of health care spending for 24 million residents.
Sponsoring California State Senator Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) claimed the HCA would give every resident the right to health care, because “Trump and the Republicans don’t get to pick the health care winners and losers.” But the UCLA Health Policy Research Center estimated that if the bill passed, it would triple the size of California’s state budget.
Despite huge support from the powerful California Nurses Association, which represents over 100,000 acute care nurses, the bill, officially known as SB 562, languished on California the Assembly floor in June. Union Co-President Deborah Burger called the Democrat leadership “cowardly” for supporting insurance companies over people.
The California Assembly revived the nurses’ single-payer healthcare initiative with two days of hearings on October 23 and 24. But Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon (D-Lakewood) has consistently said the plan is “woefully incomplete” and needs more study.
Nurses Association associate executive director Bonnie Castillo told KPCC: “We do not need more study of deficient models, such as [Obamacare] expansion or hybrid systems that fall short on universality, equity, access and affordability.”

I can see how that would be worrying.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.
When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown
