Big Fan of Marie Sharps Hot Habanero, Standard and Chipotle Tabasco (growing up in a Cajun family we put this on everything), Dat'l Do it Datil Pepper sauce (can only find this stuff in FLA for some reason), and Slap Ya Mama Hot Sauce. The Slap ya Mama and Marie Sharps have great taste and medium heat...just enough to still let you taste the food you are eating. Never really understood the attempts to prove by eating something so hot that it has no flavor...Takes all kinds I guess. | |||

I have quite a few hot sauces in my fridge/cabinet. But I typically only have one of each type. Cajun Style: Krystal Buffalo Style: Franks Red Hot Mexican: Cholou Red and Green Chinese: Hot Chili Oil I am probably missing some. I also have at least 8 different types of chiles in my pantry. ------- A turbo: Exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens, and you go faster. I like Crystal for daily use, and need to find a local store where I can pick up "Cosecha P'Urhepecha" sauce, had it off a taco truck and it was great. | |||

My go to is plain old Texas Pete. If you have a Firehouse Subs restaurant nearby, you can try all of their sauces. It seems like they usually have about 30-50 different types on hand. ____________________ I Like Guns and stuff | |||

For a long time my favorite hot sauce has been Arizona Gun Slinger. I used to have to order it by the case from a place in Arizona but now it is in a lot of stores. Not too hot but has a lot of flavor. | |||

I love "Gator sauce" Its a line of hot sauce products from down here in SW. Florida, the original gator sauce is best in my opinion, and also love gator mustard. | |||

These are four of my current favorites. From left to right, in order of leathality: Sunbelt Plantation: Vidalia Onion & Georgia Peach Hot Sauce - moderately hot and sweet, I put it on everything. Outstanding flavor. They really need bigger bottles. We can't get it locally so we order it by the case from Georgia. Original Juan: Garlic Style - very hot, great flavor with a touch of garlic Original Juan: Jamacan Style - very hot, great Jamacan jerk flavor. (Gotta love a hot sauce with a screaming guy on the lable. You realy need to wash your hands well after handling. My left eyelid is burning at the moment!) Dave's Gourmet: Insanity Sauce "The Original Hottest Sauce in the Universe" - F'ing HOT!! Use Buffalo Wild Wings "Wild" sauce to cool your mouth. just heat. So hot it has a warning label "Use one drop at a time. Keep away from eyes, pets and children.Not for people with heart or respiratory problems." I'm surprised it hasn't eaten through the glass. This stuff is liquid fire. A drop will turn a bowl of chili from mild to wild. I like spicy food, but this stuff is ridiculous. I also like the ubiquitous green Tabasco. I've found that when eating food covered with really really hot hot-sauce, you'd be advised to wash your hands BEFORE you go to the bathroom. Not quite a hot sauce, but an infused olive oil. Little different, but I do enjoy cooking with it. Some of them are hot (at least in my mind). I really enjoy HOT hot sauces...the kind that actually cause pain...I guess I like the endorphin rush. The only sauce that I've found that does the trick is Daves Insanity...but it is a bit strong. I usually mix some Daves with a sauce that has good flavor to get a good balance of taste and pain. | |||

Finally one I can contribute to. We LOVE this stuff. It is much milder than some of the habanero sauces but has incredible flavor. I don't think I've ever seen my wife take it out of the fridge without having a dab on her finger for starters. You only have integrity once. - imprezaguy02 | |||

I have all of the regular commercially available sauces in my fridge. Each one has it's purpose. Cholula is decent, but since I discovered Valentina I haven't bought anymore Cholula. Plus, it's only .99 for a bottle twice the size of regular Cholula: Whenever I go out to Cafe Rio here in Utah, I usually use this stuff for a unique mango-habanero flavor; Iguana Gold Island Pepper Sauce: I love finding new flavorful sauces! I love the heat, but it needs to have flavor. Both of these are on the medium-mild side, but the flavor is amazing. | |||
