Around mid Michigan it's anywhere from 80 cents to as far as $1.20. I can't remember it being that much ever before. My poor Superduty is feeling a bit neglected, as much as I enjoy driving it I don't really need to at this time so I let it sit to save money.

Diesel is somewhere between 7 cents higher and dead even depending on the station, and I generally buy at the one with the lower price as all are within a couple of miles from my house. All four of the vehicles in our household require Premium though, so that's not too bad I'd say. Wink

I was just looking at that the other day and was seeing what you're seeing.

The lowest top-tier regular unlead vs diesel spread is $0.70 but then again it's refined here so less logistics risks.

The last few years premium unleaded and diesel have had similar prices around here, but right now diesel is 32-70 cents lower at top-tier stations.

3.29 vs. 4.19, gas vs. diesel. Prices have held unfortunately steady for months now.

Gas dipped for a few days, but diesel has stayed that price.

“Regular” gas here this morning was $2.72; diesel was $3.39.

Like nhracecraft’s situation, the difference between premium and diesel is negligible.

I love that the question has been asked! It makes me feel just a little less nerdy for having tracked and graphed local gas/diesel prices for about three years now. Big Grin

Per the Gas Buddy app, the lowest cost diesel nearby is $3.35 while the lowest cost regular gas is $2.58, so the spread is roughly $0.77 here.
