Thinking about trying some. Not cheap, but the no to low salt interests me.

Thanks.

My son swears by it. It's his go to on the traeger for most all protein he smokes.
There's 3 bottles on hand right now.

I like it for the low sodium and it seems to be good stuff.

He's a local boy to me. I have met him a few times. A nice, down to earth guy. Good product, I don't use it much because of cost, but it's good stuff.

Looking forward to hearing what you think. I am on a low sodium diet for CHF and am always on the lookout for no salt seasonings. My go to has been savoryspiceshop.com. Really good quality product.

One caveat about low sodium is look at the serving size. It may be low but the serving size is very small, like a 1/4 teaspoon.

Just used some last weekend and it was no better than the other 100 brands I have used. So far the best dry rub I have ever used was from a guy in Houston that mixed his own for competition. I used to buy it in bulk from him when I was cooking a lot of briskets. I may have to track that guy down.

Best rubs on the market were from Oak Ridge BBQ but I don't think he had any no salt rubs. He was basically driven out of business because his last name happened to be Trump. No relation at all to the President but Google shadow banned his business.

Customers were always emailing him before they would purchase verifying he was not a relative of Donald and that he was not giving any profits to the GOP. He has a couple You Tubes out there detailing his business struggles because of his last name. It's a damn shame because the guy was a master at creating flavors. Before he went out of business I ordered bulk of all his rubs. Getting down there on most of them so not sure what I will do going forward. Blues Hog has some interesting rubs. I love their sauces so I might give them a try.
