"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24
I think we might be getting to the point where the Dem leadership is more worried about a loss of confidence in the office of the president, than getting a jump start on the election.

The president is used to organizing big deals with a team of professionals under him. With an open checkbook, he'll get'er'done, no time to "campaign", and before you know it, he'll be reelected like Reagan in '84.
I think his campaign is wisely taking advantage of these times to keep Joe under wraps. They know every time he opens his mouth, it's gaffe waiting to happen.

The only thing any pol is talking about today is the corona virus. Joe stands a much greater chance of stepping on his own dick than he does at taking Trump down a notch. STFU is a great policy for him.

Someone at the DNC told him to do some wool gathering. He hasn't been heard from or seen since; perhaps check the local pastures...
