I've been carrying a Fenix E12 for around 5 years and it has never let me down. I think I've replaced the single AA battery once in that time. I highly recommend it.

I have a Surefire Titan back during the GREAT WEB DISCOUNT CHRISTMAS PAST...when their web admin screwed up and marked everything something like 50% off and everyone jumped on it. Got 2 actually. They work great, but no clicks tailcap which I do miss.

I picked up a Streamlight Microstream USB Pocket Light for my daughter to try out. It has 2 settings, HIGH 250 Lumens and LOW 40 Lumens. Light color is bright white, compared to a similar Olight that is 300 Lumens, the Streamlight easily outshines it. Simply for the money, you cannot beat the Streamlight. My only complaint is I wish they made them in brighter colors, drop a small black flashlight in the dark when it is off and good luck finding it.

Fenix rechargeable all the way for me. I must have five or six of them in different configurations.

Been carrying a Fenix LD12 for years. Great light, runs on a single AA battery.

For pocket carry, the Fenix TK11 Tac is a nice option, using a single 18650 Li-ion battery and producing up to 1600 lumens. I also have a couple of Fenix models that use the larger 21700 battery, but 3000+ lumens gets hot quickly and the light backs off to cool down. I think 1000 lumens is good enough, and that's where I run all 3 of those lights.

I also have a half dozen Fenix E12s scattered around the house, truck, and garage.

I was cleaning out the woodshop today and found my Inova. Still works. I really like this thing.
