I sold mine last year and have regretted it. So I am shopping for a new one. However, I found an ad that mentioned the following:
"...it is over 86k in the serial number so it is safe..."

I could not find a news article or thread that looked at a recall or some other issue. Anybody know of something or is this guys making an unqualified statement?

never heard one thing about any issues. My guess this is more internet rumor than fact.
