My relative Bob Yancey raced Reno in the 80s, first with his F4U Corsair "Old Blue", and later with a heavily modified Yak-11 "Perestroika". He made his living as a crop-duster in Oregon.

Bob's famous Yak still flies today, renamed "Czech Mate".
