Cooking folks-just got my first pressure cooker, what should I do with it?
Great for making soup stocks.
I have s smaller one, plus a large pressure canner. (don't use a standard pressure cooker for canning).

Try a beef stew when it gets cold outside. The gravy is silky smooth.

1. Brown some cut-up, seasoned and floured chuck in the pot with oil
2. Add some water, more seasoning and pressure for 10 minutes
3. Add veggies and pressure for 5 minutes
