Great for making soup stocks. I have s smaller one, plus a large pressure canner. (don't use a standard pressure cooker for canning). some good recipes and ideas here http://www.seriouseats.com/tags/pressure%20cooker I have my own style of humor. I call it Snarkasm. | |||

Try a beef stew when it gets cold outside. The gravy is silky smooth. 1. Brown some cut-up, seasoned and floured chuck in the pot with oil 2. Add some water, more seasoning and pressure for 10 minutes 3. Add veggies and pressure for 5 minutes | |||
