At least you get to sell it!

My wife's 98 YO grandmother paid for someone to come to her home 5 times per week to help her out with household chores, grocery shopping, etc... In the year and a half she was there she stole all the silverware, plus other items.

If you are ever in a position to have someone come to your house (or relative's house) on a regular basis, remove all the valuables first!
