I found some Thomas Kinkade prints on canvas. She really loves his paintings and this was a great opportunity.

I’ll probably pick up some other small items and put everything under the tree in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve.

My wife bought a new Jeep Wrangler a year ago. She's been slowly pouring cash into it (any Jeep owner knows) and I decided to get her:
- an undercoating job
- new wheels/rims
- rear tail light covers
- Oculus headlights, and
- a grille cover (black&white american flag)

She bought herself-
- a steel rear bumper, and
- a steel tire carrier

She has enough jewelry and I don't have room for many more guns!

Since we got a new puppy March of this year, and he brings a lot of joy to our lives, I bought her one of those personalized sweat shirts with the dog's name and a dog bread drawing and a cute saying. "Cooper's Mom" She likes to wear sweat shirts around the house. I was rather late in ordering and I hope it arrives on time.

The 50 ounce Krugerrand?! Dang! Go big or go home, right?

(I kid. I'm assuming you mean the standard 1 ounce. But you did say "the big [one]"... Wink )

Mine’s been wanting to get into archery hunting for a bit. After having shot her Mission starter bow for years. I decided to upgrade her to a Mathews Prima. No chance at a shot with it yet but she wants to shoot that thing every chance possible. Way faster than her old bow while even set at less draw weight.

I actually hadn’t looked much a Mathews in a while because the grip on a Hoyt always felt better to me but while at the shop picking hers up, I made the mistake of handling a Mathews V3. I could very well be changing bows next year.
