George43Leupold has the finest CS of all...
Have a Leupold spotting scope.
It comes in a nice hard case.
Handle assembly has a pot metal piece, it broke.
I called Leopold for a new handle.
They can't send me one, part not stocked separately.
So they sent me a brand new case, for free!
I wish they sold guns....

gearhoundsI have to agree; some of the best in the business.
A while back I bought a used rifle with a well used Leupold 2X7X32 scope atop it. Since the price was good for the rifle alone, I didn't even pull the caps. Upon getting it home, I discovered the elevation adjustment dial looked like the last owner tried to adjust it with an angle grinder. I called Leupold and inquired about repairs and told them EVERYTHING, including the fact that not only was it used, but that I was not the original owner. They had me ship it to them and replaced it with a brand new scope of similar design (the original was old enough to where it was no longer on the books). For new rifle scopes, I'm a Leupold customer for life.

pedropcolaBought a blemished Deltapoint Pro. Not a mark on it. No screws though. They sent them out free. S&W on the other hand. I sold a MP9 CORE to my buddy. Didn’t have the proper screws for Burris something or other. He calls them. 9 bucks later it’s in the mail. They sent one[1] screw. Good times.

jhe888Yes, they are excellent. They replaced a rangefinder for me for half price that was years out of warranty.

Rick LeeI have a buddy whose Leupold scope was damaged in a car accident. He took it to his local GS to ask about getting it repaired and Leupold CS said, "If it has our name on it, it has to be perfect all the time." They sent him a new scope.

Texas Bob C.Leupold has a 'Wall Of Shame' of scopes that have replaced and the stories behind them. Pretty entertaining. I have four Leupolds.

Hamden106Leupold repaired a 3-9 and replaced a 2-7 recently for me. Both purchased on used Model 70s. Years ago they fixed a M8-4x. I have about 12 Leupolds.
