Never bought from them but their How To videos are some of the best found on Youtube. Very well done and to the point.

I’ll second that. Their videos got me through a full brake job and complete suspension replacement on a Mazda3 a couple years ago.

I’ve also never purchased from them. Instead, I’ll recommend RockAuto for fair prices and fast delivery.

They are legit as a company. They seem to have the cheaper Chinese parts. Some of the stuff they have is OEM.
Ordered a number of things from them with no issue.

I've bought from them as well, specifically because of their incredibly detailed and well done videos. That's a product/service I want to support!

I’ve bought before. Install videos are excellent.

BUT....their shipping for heavy items is horrible. I ended up with two sets of front wheel bearing hubs, 4 total, for a 2001 F250 4x4 one year ago.

They had best price and product review was great but shipping reviews sucked. I rolled the dice. They shipped in original parts box inside a weak ass cardboard shipping box. Two boxes in one. The parts boxes had those air filled pillow “bean bag” type stuffing. This wrapped around a 30# part. No chance of protection. Both shipments bursted all the “padding” and parts pierced both parts box and shipping box. I ended up using two “better” parts of the 4 shipped. One hub was bent out of round and others had nicks from all the banging around they did. This was due to their poor packing abilities of a #60 box with solid steel parts inside. They should have repacked parts boxes and used a better shipping box.

Both times customer service was responsive and considerate. Shipped out second set with no issue and no charges and did not have to return first set. I set several pics of both shipments for proof of complaint. The second set came worse than first and packed same way as first. Despite a nice conversation about doing a better job at packing heavy items and being promised they would be better packed second time around.

So they have good prices and well reviewed parts. But it makes we wonder how well these parts are if they are willing to ship multiple items out at no charge and no return requested of damage parts until customer is satisfied. They offered a third set but I declined since I neede the truck back in the road. So far parts are still working. iirc they have a lifetime warranty. Again how “cheap” are the parts. Time will tell.
