The fight scene in Second Hand Lions is a good one, too

Lots of great fights listed so far. I may have missed it but has no one mentioned Chingachgook versus Magua in The Last Of The Mohicans? The lead up to the final fight builds up to a great climactic finish. But my favorite has already been mentioned. Sean Thornton (John Wayne) and Red Will Danaher (Victor McLaglen) "Duking" it out in The Quiet Man.

Gunfire/firearms...Heat, “they’re already coming out.” Right as they are coming out of that last bank. And Raiders of the Lost Ark. Guy with sword starts swinging it and getting ready for the fight. Harrison ford pulls a pistol, bang. Moves on quickly.
Gladiator (not the Russel Crowe deal, the boxing film from 1993), the final fight. Brian Dennehy gets his ass handed to him using his own tricks.
Martial arts, Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon. The fight against Oharra.
Sci fi, Matrix 1, Neo vs. Smith, the final sequence.
Multiple scenes from 300 and the other Gladiator film with Russell Crowe, “unleash hell”.

But then those two projects led to lots of funding and support, so they made a feature-length film. It's 80's meets 2020 ultra violence and the action is... well, it draws you in. And when I say action scene, I do mean in this case that it's more or less the whole movie.
