Not a Darwin Award candidate. He's just dumb.

Darwin Awards require candidates to remove themselves from the gene pool in a spectacularly stupid way. (Typically achieved through death, but castration/sterilization is also acceptable.)

And may I add, typically it should only apply to those who are relatively young or who haven't yet procreated.
