Out of curiosity I looked up the definitions on Merriam-Webster and found:

Lesbian: a female who wants sex only with other females.

Pansexual: a male or female who wants sex with everyone, male or female.

Transgender: anyone who thinks they are the opposite sex of what their body actually is.

Put them together and you get: a something that wants to have sex mostly with those who are female (or who think they are female) but is willing to have sex with anything whether they are female or male (or think they are male, female or maybe both) and they are unsure if they themselves are actually female, male, both, or something entirely different. However, of one thing they are sure and that is that they are not whatever they were born as, but just maybe they are.

According to Al Gore's Internet, pansexuality implies that there are more than two genders. Well, I guess it broadens the playing field and damn near guarantees they can get laid at will.
