That is horrific. What makes it so much worse is the lack of response to such an offense. Why is that acceptable? There is no excuse for that, none.
We are traveling down a round of no return. I am floored it took that long to get her help. Stare at your watch for 180 seconds. Do you think an ambulance can be well on it's way in that time or be on the scene. My God! It is the city for crissakes.
