Anyone know anything about stamp collections/collecting?
I found this stamp collection book with a bunch of stamps from a lot of countries.
Canada, Cuba from the 30s and 40
Czechoslovokia from the late 20s early 30s to the late 40s
Egypt from 1879-1922
France from 1852-1900
German 1852-1900 1920s
Lots from 1941-1944 with Hitler on them and Ukraine marked
a 1963 Deutsche Bundespost with JFK on it
Belgain and Polish Occupation from 1919-1921
Inda, Indo China, Israel, Pre 1960
Laos 1964
Monaco from 1885-1937 one with FDR on it
Netharlands from the 20s
Palestine 1950s maybe
Romania 1930
Russia 1889-1917 issue
Switzerland 1862-1908 on into the 40s
Transvaal (Former Boer Republic)

I am guessing not really worth anything as most are taped to this book on the corresponding background.
Most of them have post park ink on them

Maybe a museum would want the collection. Individual stamp collecting is pretty much history. Know several people who inherited some great collections found no buyers.

They are interesting and many, beautiful to look at. I have friends who've acquired other people's huge collections. Baseball cards as well. I could not get interested in baseball card values even knowing they may be very valuable. I've seen huge, life long rock collections bought in a storage unit. Those rocks were all labeled from around the globe. I collected cartridges, right up to many of the rare and expensive single rounds. I sure tied some time and money up.
