I wouldn’t know where to find a panzerkombi in the states but I’m sure it’s possible.
Can be worn with or without the inner insulation layer.

High-quality tank suit with lining from Bundeswehr stocks in used quality. Ideal as workwear, due to the lining also suitable for cold weather. The one-piece has chest, front and leg pockets.

- 2-way front zipper

- Arm and leg closure with zipper and Velcro closure

- adjustable waist

Yep, but down here in the South in the Fall it is pretty good cammo .... I even have a pair I cut the legs off of and made them into shorts... but lucky for y'all I can't find a picture of me in those. they are a bit heavy... due to the harness in them so that you can be lifted out of the tank.
I'd rather wear the 'fruitcake' ones than that airforce blue....
