Does anybody know of a way to search for houses in a subdivision where the average lot size can be a minimum amount set by the searcher?
In other words, how can I search for a subdivision where the average lot size is minimum 1 acre?

Use Zillow.
Houses for sale
Then all way to right... to More
Scroll down to Lot size. Enter Min and Max.

Select a "good" realtor and let them do the heavy lifting.
