Senate doesn't do "recounts" or handle state elections. Recounts have been done in several states already, primarily those swing states contested by the Trump Campaign or others.

The inauguration is done on Jan. 20th, a date prescribed in the 20th Amendment to the Constitution. Expect all involved to abide by the Constitution.
