Thanks for the capsule review.

The Xs is way too big for my needs. I'd love to have an Xr, for the additional screen real estate over my 6S, but the money's just not there. In fact: An Xr and a pair of Airpods would be wunnerful Smile

But I've been spending too much, lately. Time to reign it in.

I recently upgraded from an 8 to a XR, and I love it so far. The best part is the dual-sim capability. I have my personal Verizon and work AT&T lines on the same phone. No need to carry 2 phones!

Thanks for the mini-review.

I bought an iPhone X last year. It’s very similar to the iPhone Xs Max, with a somewhat smaller screen – just right for me. I love the thing!

Last year I went from the 8Plus to the X and couldn't be happier. Another added feature of the Apple's is they are set up to pair with hearing aids, I love listening to music and audio books through them.

I went from the 6s to Xr and wow, it really was a nice upgrade and the battery life is unbelievable on it.

With this face recognition, someone can just hold the phone up to your face and they get access, right?

If you ask me the regular 6/6s/7/8/X (not the Plus) form factor/size is the perfect balance between usability and size.

Several people I've spoken to who have had the "Plus" models have hated the decision saying that they are simply too big to be carrying around all day.

I have a 6 and will use it until it dies then probably go for an X

My work iPhone is an SE, which feels tiny and toy-like after using the 6 for a while.

Thanks for the review, I have a 6s and I am needing/wanting an upgrade. I believe I will end up going with the Xs, the plus just is too big for me, but my wife might like the larger screen since she carries a pocketbook. Well, now that I think about it I better talk her in not getting a plus because I end up carrying when she "forgets her pocketbook" *wink wink*.

I'm finally glad to see the dual-SIM option! I'm probably going to go to Xs next year and it'd be nice not having to carry 2 phones.

I really like the camera system on the XS Max, but I just don't like the size. I recently went from an iPhone 6S to an iPhone XR. It has the screen size of my wife's former 6S Plus, but it is between the size of a 6S and 6S Plus.

I'm really happy with the XR's camera, but it would have been neato if the XS Max's camera was an option.

I've had mine for awhile now and like it. I had a 7Plus before that. I'm still using my One Plus 5 as my android/work phone.

The face recognition works through sunglasses too and you don't really have to look directly at the phone. I have my phone mounted here:

I just glance at it from the driver's seat and it will unlock.

Have had the X now for almost a year and very pleased with it. Enjoy the tap to awaken screen and the face recognition, which works extremely well in very low light at night. Size edge to edge screen is good as well as the display. Took a small bit of time to become very fast and proficient with all the finger swipe activations and directions, now it's a breeze. Great phone with absolutely no glitches so far. I came from a 6S that was just getting long in the tooth and short battery life, though it was a good phone also, it was time to upgrade. I'm sure the X will last for some years to come.

Regards, Will G.
